Homemade Choux Pastry Seller

Homemade Choux Pastry Seller

Recently, I had a little busy in the kitchen. I had a new activity, selling homemade Choux Pastry. It's not an usual Choux Pastry, I made it becoming a Mini Hotdog. I put a fourth of sausage, lettuce and a bit of mayonaise on it. It's only a fist of hand.

Thankfully, when I posted in my BB, some of my friends put on their curiosity and asked to order. I was so happy with their enthusiasm ordering my mini snack. I tried to make it continue as my side job.

After few weeks, then some problems appeared. Every time I made the base, I always found a difficulty. My  snacks weren't looking good enough and some were failed. It's really made me desperate and finally I decided to stop for a while till I get my passion back. Hopefully, one day......still hoping for it.

recipe blog of mine

recipe blog of mine
I made a new blog about my simple recipes. I just wanna put some notes in one blog about my cook.

Sometimes I couldn't remember well the ingredients and how to cook the food that I had made before. So I have to look around again from one recipe book to my compile recipes on my compy. It really takes time.

I hope with this blog I have a simple note about the food I had made before and make me easier to find it.

4. Add salt and pepper as you want, mix it.
5. Prepare the bowl, spread the margarine first onto the whole inside bowl.
6. Get the macaroni, put it on the bowl that had spread with margarine.
7. Put all the things on the pan with the macaroni, mix it together.
8. Mix the plain milk, eggs and unsalted butter altogether. Stir it.
9. Pour it onto the macaroni that has mixed with veggie and meat.
10. Spread the cheese.
11. Put it in microwave for almost half an hour.

Note:
* you can change the minced meat with minced chicken or fish (salmon, tuna)
* you can add or change the veggie, such as corn, spinach, peas, green peas, etc
* actually this is how I cooked, so if there's something missing or not in proper way, forgive me...this is just the way I've done with my macaroni...my hubby and Fritz liked it so much!!
