The material will be taken from some sources such as
1. 1+1+1 (RRSP and Tot School)
2. Confession of a Homeschooler
3. School Sparks
4. Lapbook from First School

I'll add some theme also to maintain him another skills. The rest will be add later.

Nursery : Unschooled Days

Nursery : Unschooled Days

Fritz is currently 35 months 3 weeks

This week, we're still having unschooled days. Besides the material had finished already, the printer is still not yet done. I think it's good idea to make him free and have unschooled days. He didn't seem enjoy it as I did. He asked to study, study and study every single days.

We started the week in our Apartment. He insisted to learn something. Then he chose his sticker books; Math and Alphabet Book.
Alphabet Sticker Book

Do some silly by putting the sticker as his mustache. LOL

He's trying to take the sticker out and paste it nicely.

Counting the objects that he has pasted on Math Sticker Book.

Then he continued to do the other activities book by choosing Math Activity Book. He just did a page only as Papa has come home already.

Busy like a bee in front of laptop every day. Every time I open my laptop, he also wants to join with me beside. He asked Oma to take her laptop and borrowed for a day. He's busy watching his fave movie on YouTube.

LOL. Another his busy time. He's always busy exploring all the things in the house. He's opening the drawers and taking out the things he interested.

A helper for Opa. He helped Opa to put the medicine in the bottles to make him easier.

Every day he wakes up and asks me to make this Mickey toast. -__-"

Nursery : Letter Week Craft {X,Y,Z}

Nursery : Letter Week Craft {X,Y,Z}
Fritz is currently 35 months 1 week

This week, Fritz showed up and down with his healthiness. He was great in the few days of the week then he fell sick after that. We had to bring him to a doctor as he had stomachache. Thankfully, he's fine after that. Here's some activities we did during this week.

Craft

He loves this craft. He just pasted the parts of the Xylophone. Then, he pretended playing the Xylophone.

I made letter X for X-ray. He had to paste the bones on the letter X. I made the letter X from black construction paper.

I think it's not really an X-ray as he pasted the bones not neatly. Hihihihi....

Uuuughhh.....he refused to put his hand paint on this paper. Actually, I wanted to make another X'ray from his hand painting. Too bad, he didn't want to dip all his hand on the paint. He just wanted to do the thumbprint. So I think, it's gonna be Thumbprint Xray....LOL

Fritz knew this thing as a boat not a Yacht. ^^

He's never seen a Yacht so no wonder he said it's a boat rather than a Yacht. However, he's still eager finishing the creativity. The letter Y itself as the pole.

For the lowercase letter, I asked Fritz to do the lacing around the letter Y using red yarn. He's so seriously making it. He said many times that it's a kite. After he's done with the lacing, then he ran fast to make it fly. LOL

Recently, he loves everything about painting. So, he's absolutely waiting for this opportunity to make the Yellow thumb paint. ^^

It's Zebra!!!

He drew the stripes by himself....and it looked like the Zebra wasn't having shaving....hehehehehe....

As my printer was still repaired, so I used the previous pictures about the zoo theme. I asked Fritz to paste all the zoo animals. He wanted to pasted if he's permitted to sit on the table.....-__-"

And we're really at the end of the letter. Letter Z for Zzzzz....sleeping.

Art

I was so busy making for his creativity this week. Then, he didn't wanna be an idle boy. He asked me to prepare some paints, palette, brush and paper for him. He wanted to do free painting. He's so busy for maybe half an hour with it. What a great time for him!!

Cooking

Another his activity in his idle time, baking cake. He wanted to help Oma when I was ready to go teaching that day. He helped Oma mixing the ingredient; flour and sugar. Maybe one day, he's gonna be a great chef...hopefully...^o^

Techno

He's crazy with game online. He plays with it everyday.

Here are some his favorite game:

I've less taught him bout these games. Mostly, he found the way to play with by himself. To be honest, I'm so amazed with his ability in operating my laptop. ^o^

Gross Motor
As he's sick, so we decided to stay in Kosambi, my parents' house for more than a week.
Every Monday and Tuesday, I don't have any classes. So I could have quality time with Fritz in the afternoon.

Fritz looked so bored staying at home and I asked him to go biking. Surprisingly, he didn't want me to hold his bike anymore when we moved. He wanted to cycle by himself. Really love the way he's showing his effort to cycle his bike with his little feet. ^^

Then, he asked me to swing in the park. He also didn't wanna me to hold him. He just wanted me to push him from his back. OOOOhhhhh...my boy is getting mature now.....

I'm gonna miss his "asking for help" moments......

Miscellaneous

He's getting good and wanna eat lots. This was when he's eating Marie biscuit with milk. He dipped the biscuit on the milk and ate it then. He ate lots of biscuits....yaaaayyy!!

He's a helpful boy. He wanted to help me in the kitchen when I wanted to cook spinach. We have to pick the great spinach to be cooked. He helped me picking it. Great boy, huh?? ^^

Nursery : Fever, Flu and Cough Week

Nursery : Fever, Flu and Cough Week
Fritz is currently 35 months

This week was totally hectic with his illness.

Starting from Sunday night, he couldn't fall asleep as he got lots of sputum in his lungs. Then in the morning, he was very sleepy and got fever. Along the day, he became so cranky and refused to eat his meals. Actually, we decided to bring him to St.Carolus Hospital but I didn't want to wake him up as he slept very deep. So, we didn't go to the doctor and preferred to put a bowl of hot water with cajuput oil inside our room. Very pity seeing him like that!

In the afternoon, we decided to go to my parents house. In the middle of our way, my brother picked up us. Then, we went to Dr.Yossy in Teluk Gong. He looked so pale and limp. He's having a high fever. She gave us some medicine. After he drank it, he slept till morning.

Thankfully, he woke up very healthy in the next day. He also could play his favorite game online in my laptop. As I saw he's getting healthy, I agreed when my Mom asked us to join with them in searching house. Badly, he had a high fever when we arrived home in the afternoon. I really felt terribly bad mom!!

On Wednesday, he still got his fever. Then we decided to check his blood. We were driven by my brother. He didn't feel any comfy when the nurse had tried to get his blood. He cried very loudly. It's the first time he had to feel like that. The result itself wasn't too bad but also wasn't too good. Dr Yossy who checked the result said that he still had to drink all the medicine she'd given.

The next day, on Thursday, he's getting better. He showed his cheerfulness again. So I decided to go working.

And the bad news came again in the next day, on Friday. Suddenly, he got fever again. His temperature was going up again. I was so panic that day. Then, I decided to bring him to the nearby hospital, Puri Indah Hospital with Dr Chintya. The doctor even couldn't find any problems with him, just problems with his throat. However, she suggested to inpatient him there to check more about his on-off fever. I think it's not a great idea, we chose to reject her suggestion and preferred to bring him home. She wrote the receipt and we went home.

He's really fighting with his fever that day. His temperature was 39,2 degree. He just ate a little and looked so pale and weak. He just wanna eat bread only and refused to drink milk. He preferred to sleep along the day.

It's really the hardest week for us. Thankfully, he's getting good in Saturday. He's back to normal and cheerful again. And the most important thing is he wanna eat his meals again.

Nursery : Letter Zz

Nursery : Letter Zz

Fritz is currently 34 months 4 week

Hooooraaaaaayyyyyy!!! We're at the end of the alphabet. However, we had a little problem with the ink from my printer. So the print outs were having bad color. Huuuuu......too badly!!!

Letter Z

Day 1
I think he got boring with the dough. He preferred to trace the dough mat than make the letter using dough.
Then we continued with tracing the letter as usual.

Tracing lines with his favorite color, red!

And the last activity was coloring the objects.

Day 2

Matching the shadow is still his fave one. He did it very nice though he refused to apply the glue by himself.

He preferred to sequence the zipper from big to small.

He learnt to recognize more on clothes we wear. He knows few of them and mostly in Bahasa.

Day 3

He's getting sick when he did it. Actually I didn't ask him to study but he insisted to study. I really couldn't stop his eagerness in learning. He looked so pale. -__-

Zoo Theme
Related to the letter Z we learnt, I found some free printable from 2 Teaching Mommies. As the ink was out, I just printed few of them.

Counting the objects and he had to paste the right number besides. He made it very good!

Pasting the shadow onto the right shadows. He's a little bit cranky when doing it as he's not in good condition at that time. However, he successfully made it.

He didn't finish the tracing paper. He even refused to do it by himself and insisted me to hold his hand.

Math

He's really so idle when we're in Apartment. He asked me to do this sticker numbers book as he's crazy with stickers.

Gross

He basically loves to ride his bike but somehow he asks me to pull his bike rather than he cycles by himself. That afternoon, when he saw a girl cycling her bike, he was so excited to catch that girl. Then he met his uncle in the middle of his way. Few minutes after that, he tried to cycle by himself and refused to be helped by me. Half an hour he cycled his bike! Hihihihihihi....

Role Play

It's been a long time he didn't play with his dolls. That day, he pretended he's riding motor. Then, he picked the dolls one by one and delivered them to some places. What a nice imagination!! ^^

Book

I gave him the Barney sticker book again. I've bought before when we wanted to go to the zoo, Taman Safari. He had paste all the stickers on it. He just wanna looked around and saw the Barney and his friends.

Nursery : Valentine

Nursery : Valentine
Fritz is currently 34 months 3 week

We did much on paper this Valentine as I found lots of sources from Lawteedah and Over the Big Moon.

Valentine
Day 1
For the beginning of the week, we started with matching the shadow of Valentine's things. He easily made it. In few minutes, he's done with this activity.

When he did it, he refused to trace the lines in its lines. For few times, he had to be reminded. Though finally he made it, he showed unwillingly to make it.

He had to count the objects then matched it with the numbers. He could make it very good. He didn't find any difficulty in counting.

Then, we finished that day by searching letter V. He had to color the letter V. He made it for the first two then he showed some refusal to continue it. I was trying to convince him and finally he made it successfully. He preferred to color the letter with different colors.

Day 2
On the 2nd day, we started by circling the odd one. He successfully made it without any mistakes he made.

It's a piece a cake for him. In few second, he's done!

But he found a little difficulty to do this pattern activity. He doesn't get use to with it. I helped him to do it.

And for the last one, he had to sort the things in a proper box. However, he found difficulty making it as he couldn't understand between the kids and things.

Day 3
He's great in counting. He did it without any help from me. Bravooooo!!!

However, he still wasn't able to differentiate between the upper and lower letter. I mentioned the big and small V. He got bored after the few letters then he said he's done.

Actually, he had to trace the letter but he refused to do that. He chose to color the picture. See what he did with the picture....X__X

He learnt to make a small ball from the dough. He insisted making it by himself. Look at his cute tiny hand while making the ball.

Day 4
The last day, we made puzzle. He did it very nice.

We continued by doing the pattern activity. He still needed guidance from me to do it.

And the last one, I showed him the vocabulary cards. He could answer mostly.

Learning Toys

It was my doll house when I was in Primary. Then, I put this doll house in our Apartment and it became his favorite one. He could play with it for long time. He didn't put any furniture but he preferred to put many cars inside here. He thought it a car house, I think.....Hahahhahaha.....LOL

Miscellaneous

He insisted to see what his uncle did outside. His uncle was super busy with his waste things that he collected. Then, he saw some comics. Fritz saw it and wanted to see those. And that was a picture I took when he read the comic in front. Whatta boy!!

Suddenly, he was being amazed with what he saw in TV. He saw the real car race that he usually saw in Cars. He sat still for long time to watch it. He looked so amazed with it.....
