K4 : Week 33

Fritz is currently 4 years 7 months

Human Body

This time we learnt about the Urinary System. He got the explanation from KidsHealth's movie. I gave him a bit explanation about the urine and how urine can detect what happen in our body. Then he colored the picture and pasted it in our human body. 


The next day, I asked him to cover all the body with red crepe paper. Totally I made this for him. We still need to cover this body with skin and clothes and I think we're done. LOL

Science

It's rainy days and it's time looking for caterpillar to be kept. We searched near the park but we couldn't find it. On the way of our searching, I introduced Fritz to Mimosa Pudica. It's a sensitive plant. When we touched, it will close its leave. Fritz stayed for few minutes playing with it. ^_^

Math

He asked for doing paper so I asked him to do Math from Evan Moor. 

Origami

He wanted to make Elephant this time. He could fold the paper quite nice. He made 4 models for today; elephant, party hat, boat and aeroplane. 

Gardening

I've got a tomato or we called it Ranti and Tiny Tomato from one of my friend's mom. She gave it to us and I think we're gonna plant it. I asked Papa to buy the soil for us. We had some used box from grapes and we used it for planting our tomatoes. I hope it will grow up. Hopefully...

K4 : Week 32

K4 : Week 32

Fritz is currently 4 years 7 months

Physic

One day he woke up so early in the morning and he asked me to bring him to the nearby park. He wanted to play swing as he said that it's been a long time not playing it. So here we were in the park. He didn't want to be helped anymore. He just wanted me to push him from the back and let him playing by himself. Though he felt once while I was busy looking for caterpillar, he still wanted to play by himself. Oh my grown up baby!

Learning Toys

Finally Fritz had learnt how to play board game. First we played Snake and Ladder and he loved it so much. He asked for few times playing it. Then we taught him how to play Ludo. It took more time than Snake and Ladder. He loved it too but not as much as Snake and Ladder. 

The next day, he asked to play Monopoly. It's more difficult than before. He really needed help to play it as he didn't know all about money and the rest of them. I think it's too early for him to play Monopoly. One day we will play it again, okay boy?!

Fun

We wanted to buy Monopoly for Fritz. We preferred to buy it at Asemka as usual. We went by bike there to avoid a heavy traffic. The bike's engine was really made us so nervous as it suddenly could off then it would on again in few seconds. It happened few times. LOL

It's not easy looking for Monopoly, mostly they didn't have. Finally, we got one and it costed 20K rupiah. Fritz bought Cars for 13K rupiah only and he looked so excited. Then we hurried went home as the weather suddenly changed. It's getting dark.

On the way home to apartment, we stopped at Coconut hawker near Sunter's lake. We absolutely so exhausted and hungry. Thankfully we arrived home safely with that silly bike. ^_^


We had lunch at an outdoor restaurant near Alam Sutera. It's a small restaurant and less people eating there. The place itself is so nice. They provide an outdoor playground as it's a school the next of this restaurant. The price for the meal is also cheap.

The most I concerned was how Fritz was so happy playing it that place. It's the first time for him playing with these monkey bars. Firstly he was a bit scare to across it then slowly but sure he could do it by himself again and again and again. He didn't get bored at all. What a nice place!

Compost Art in RCTI

Compost Art in RCTI

My gorgeous friend, Ci Ines Puspita, announced in her FB wall that Compost Art was going to be published in RCTI. She invited all the artist to join with her in her house as the shooting was taken place at hers. 

It's a rare occasion and I was so happy being invited by Ci Ines. Actually, I didn't mind whether it's going to RCTI or not, I just wanted to gather with the artists and did some compost arts with them. It's been quite time I didn't make any. Arrrghhh....I miss it so much! 

I decided to come from Kelapa Gading, and it's really seem so far-far-far away. LOL. Take more than 50 km to reach Lippo Karawaci! We arrived 10 AM sharp and we found the first family, Mba Lita Ariani with her hubby and two cool kids, Dhyani and Damar. Fritz loved to play with Damar and refused to get home. :D

Ci Ines's mom was very busy but happy preparing all the food for us. She's really a great cook ever I've met. How I love that kind of mom; love to cooking and never complaint about the dishes {she washed all the dishes for us}. :P

The shooting process was so exciting. All of us were pretending received a guess {the reporters} who came to see us doing our works. Then the cameraman shooted the steps how we did the art using compost, how the trash being put as compost and how it's so cheap and paperless when doing it. Even they asked the kids to join with us making the arts.

It's really a great experience for all of us especially for me.

It will be aired at Seputar Indonesia between 16th or 17th November around 5.00 or 5.30 AM. Wow! My gift for 6th anniversary. Blessing!! ^_^

Human Body

It's time for Digestive System. First thing, we had to watch how our digest works. So we went to KidsHealth.com to see more about it. Then, I brought out his toys. So he could see clearly what's inside our body and also the parts. He looked so enthusiast. I asked him to color the picture to be pasted in our body parts. Now he knows what happens when the food goes inside our body. Great job, boy!

Science

The next day, we came again to Nicole's house. Though he promised never ever back to Nic's house, the fact, he went back and couldn't wait to play with her again. LOL

This time, we did simple science, mixing the oil with water, baking soda and vinegar as we did before. It's the first time for Nic. She was so excited to do it. Both we're quite busy together mixing it. 

In the end, Fritz went home with a bit piss off to Nic as she did the same thing like yesterday. I forgot what happened but I just remembered that Nic threw Fritz shoes. LOL *sigh* children!!!

Bahasa Indonesia

Bahasa is the easiest language to learn because the pronunciation is as similar as the phonic. I bought this tool few years ago in Asemka. I waited for this time and I knew it's gonna be so useful for Fritz to learn about Bahasa. He's quite good in reading and making 2 syllables words in Bahasa. Nice job, boy!

Art

Together with Nicole, we continued our Alphabet Art. We made Bee. Look at Fritz's shirt, just like a bee. :P

When we did this, there's so much silly things happened. First, when I asked who's gonna be the first one, then I asked both of them to do the scissor-rock-paper. Nicole was so tricky. She waited Fritz throwing his hand and saw what Fritz throwing then she just threw her hand to beat Fritz. So, she would be win. Tricky girl. :P

Next, after we've almost done with Fritz and Nicole had done before Fritz, I didn't ask her to wash her hand and I asked her to wait for Fritz. When she's waiting, she did the other silly thing. She put her hands into Fritz's shirt. Of course, she did it purposely and Fritz didn't like it so much. He asked Nicole to stop but she wouldn't stop. In the end, Fritz went home with crying a lot hating Nicole and promising didn't want to come back again to play with Nicole. LOL

Children so silly!! ^O^

Mass

Every Saturday, we tried to go for a mass. I preferred to go to St.Bonaventura in Pulo Mas. I loved this church, not because I've got married here. 

This week the church celebrated Requiem mass for praying for the ones had gone. They prepared a bouquet of flower in front of the church and I chose this flower. We came to pray for Pothai. 

Rest in peace, dear Pothai. I hope you get a great place in heaven. May God always bless you. Missing you badly. 

Fun

It's our last wedding party! We came to 8 wedding party in a row almost in every week. Thankfully, it's gonna be the last one. 

Look at Fritz's face when we're taking picture with Barongsai, the dragon that he loved. LOL
