Valentine


For such long time we didn't have any theme worksheet for our homeschooling days. He missed it so much! >,< Honestly, my days are getting busier nowadays and it's hard to find time to print the paper for him. Here we did during Valentine's days. Not much but he's kinda so happy with what we did in that week.

Cooking

Actually, it's a failed project. I bought wrong type of crackers so it's a bit difficult to be poured with chocolate. I supposed to buy Ritz crackers without any filling in between. At last we had a fun when making it. XOXO

Tangram

Making heart with tangram. He still needs help while making it.

Fun

We celebrated Valentine's day at my work field, Alpha Education Center. Together with other teachers and kids, we took pictures on the top floor.

Valentine at Alpha

Valentine at Alpha

My work field for last 9 years. 

Here's the place where I grow and learn together as teacher as well as parents since August 2005. I do love teaching with them. I learn from my environment how we need to teach children with heart instead of money. 

Some parents indeed push us to make their kids smarter in their area. My boss never! She lets us to know every children personally ability so we can teach them with their passion. 

Badly, we're going to close this place next year for some reasons. This year we decided to take Valentine's picture on the roof top of our building as our memories.

New Challenging Business

New Challenging Business
Few months ago, one of my friend's mom asked me to join with her new business. Actually, it's not a new business for me. Once one of my student's mom had ever introduced this business to me. I didn't feel any enthusiasm to join with her in this business as I never know who she is. So I let it go.

When I met my friend's mom in a recording for Compost Art, I was a bit interested with this business because I know her better than my student's mom. Then, I was quite busy with my stuffs and forgot her offers. Suddenly in January, my friend asked me again my response about this business. I think I'd rather try it next month so we can prepare it first.

So here I am joining MMM. I know there's pro and lots of contrasts for this business. Some people said I'm crazy why I believe this kind of business while there's still lots of another safety business to go. That's my choice, I'll take the risk. All I do is making my family has a better life. I pray to Him, may GOD always protect me from the worst situation. I hope. GBUs!

Math

I think Chinese is not his second language. He found a difficulty to remember the numbers in Chinese and he's quite frustrated doing this worksheet. LOL

Origami

We're making lanterns for this week craft, celebrating Chinese New Year. Fritz was so excited making these lanterns. It's really quite easy for him. Just cut the origami then I helped him to staple the lanterns. He had to put the lanterns into the strings. Tadaaa....our lanterns high up!

Tangram

Yeah...finally, I've got this Tangram's print out free from internet. Not too bad. Fritz was able to make the Horse from his own tangram. Good Job, boy!

Fun

He's Off!

He's Off!
Starting this February, Ali decided not to join with Gabag Indonesia anymore. The owner asked him to have full time job there but Ali preferred his own job. 

I believe in every decision we decided there's good and bad. I hope it's a good decision for us.
