K4 : Week 48

Fritz, Fritz-lightenment

Fritz is currently 4 years 11 months

Happy Birthday Oma

Today is Oma's birthday and I made a cake for her. The cake was extremely 'hot'! Fritz said many times that I didn't make the lady's dress properly and insisted to add the fondant for the dress. Innocent boy! LOL

He waited for Oma's going home to blow the cake and pose together. And here they are....^_^

Bahasa Indonesia

Captured by Papa! Fritz was learning Bahasa Indonesia with me.

Practical Life

He tried to help me cutting the yellow tofu. I had bought a knife from a friend of mine and it's safe for kids. So now, it's very fine if he wants to help me with knife. Thanks for helping me, boy! ^_*

Outdoor

I realize I didn't have any quality time with Fritz recently. This morning, I decided to ask him doing an outdoor activity - biking and playing swing in the park. He was enjoying our time together and that's nice! We ended our stroll by having breakfast across the park; chicken noodle. Thanks for today, boy! ^_^

Fun

Nicole is his very best friend or we can say his puppy love. Nicole is a special friend for him. When she celebrated her birthday, he made a greeting card for her. FYI, he had practiced to write "NICOLE" for times. ^_^

The party was held at her Opa's house and it's full decorated with Frozen as she loves Frozen very much. Fritz was really enjoying himself at that party. He even laughed louder than the others when the magician showed silly tricks. LOL

After we're done with the party, we decided to go to Tante Ines's house to meet Benn's Oma there. How happy this two boys playing together while 4 of us were busy talking each other. Both looks alike, just like twins. LOL

I was just a girl who had many beautiful moments in the past and a woman who had lots of things to be learned for life and now I'm just a mother who still fighting for having a good life in the future with my beloved hubby and son I've a big passion in educating my son by home-education as well as in making scrapbook for my ME time.

Happy Birthday, My Mom

Mom-notebook,

My fondant figures cake for my Mom's birthday this year. I took 2 days to learn how to make this figure and Fritz couldn't stop to ask me covering the breast and back area of this lady. LOL

The cake itself wasn't nice one. It's totally mess actually. Just have a good looking from the fondant but it couldn't be eaten at all. Bad!

Fritz waited impatiently for Oma's home. When she's home, he showed the cake and can't stop talking about the cover. OMG! How excited he was with the small celebration of my Mom's birthday.

K4 : Week 47

Fritz, Fritz-lightenment

Bahasa Indonesia

Our books for learning early Bahasa Indonesia.

Praktis Membaca is an old book that it's hard to find it again in bookstore. It's a good book {for me} to teach child to read for beginning. There are 4 or 6 series of it and I found just 4 books in my work field. I borrowed it home for Fritz.

Asyik Baca Tulis was a book that I searched for in a bookstore for quite some times. I found a difficult to find an activity book for teach him. I think it's the good one, I hope so. LOL

So far Fritz is able to read in simple words contains 2 syllables. Recently, he sometimes takes a paper and a pen or pencil to write everything he likes to write when he sees something.

Cooking

He always loves the process of cooking. He wanted to help me every time I decided to cook or bake something. This time, we wanted to make White Coffee Cake that supposed to be not using the white coffee, just coffee. However, we just found the white coffee belonged of my brother instead of the black one. So, here we were making the cake for afternoon snack. ^_^

Miscellaneous

So unbelievable! He gobbled 4 pizzas for his dinner!!

His love for pizza is really unexpected. He never gets bored eating pizza though it must happen for days. His appetite nowadays is getting better. Nothing happen with him, I mean he's not just recovery from any sick. He just gets better in eating and eats lots. Big boy!

Puppy Love

Mom-notebook,

Here's my two little favorite children in my class. Both have good looking and they're so cheerful though they have to face this fierce teacher! LOL

There's a story between them. The boy, named Nathan, likes the girl, named Joan. Nathan prefers to sit beside Joan every time he comes then put some glance to her during the class. Puppy Love! How about Joan? Of course she doesn't realize as she's so cheerful facing Nathan. She always loves playing with Nathan during and after the class. Sometimes I asked Nathan to go home earlier as his material wasn't as much as Joan. Few minutes after that, he came back again to the class and refused to go out until Joan finished her material. So cute!

FYI, Nathan is still in K2 and Joan is in P1. XOXO

Valentine

For such long time we didn't have any theme worksheet for our homeschooling days. He missed it so much! >,< Honestly, my days are getting busier nowadays and it's hard to find time to print the paper for him. Here we did during Valentine's days. Not much but he's kinda so happy with what we did in that week.

Cooking

Actually, it's a failed project. I bought wrong type of crackers so it's a bit difficult to be poured with chocolate. I supposed to buy Ritz crackers without any filling in between. At last we had a fun when making it. XOXO
