Another recipe for adults.....
Ingredients:
150 gr elbow macaroni
50 gr minced meat
2 sausages, cut it into small pieces
1 carrot, cut it small
1 broccoli, cut it small
200 cc plain milk
2 eggs
1 onion
unsalted butter, melted
margarine
salt, pepper, oil
cheese
How to make:
1. Boil the macaroni with oil and salt until cooked then drain and pour with cold water. Put it in a bowl
2. Steam the carrot and broccoli for 10 minutes, to make it tender
3. Prepare the pan, put the oil. When it's hot already, put the onion, minced meat, sausages, carrot and broccoli altogether.
4. Add salt and pepper as you want, mix it.
5. Prepare the bowl, spread the margarine first onto the whole inside bowl.
6. Get the macaroni, put it on the bowl that had spread with margarine.
7. Put all the things on the pan with the macaroni, mix it together.
8. Mix the plain milk, eggs and unsalted butter altogether. Stir it.
9. Pour it onto the macaroni that has mixed with veggie and meat.
10. Spread the cheese.
11. Put it in microwave for almost half an hour.
Note:
* you can change the minced meat with minced chicken or fish (salmon, tuna)
* you can add or change the veggie, such as corn, spinach, peas, green peas, etc
* actually this is how I cooked, so if there's something missing or not in proper way, forgive me...this is just the way I've done with my macaroni...my hubby and Fritz liked it so much!!
