Preschool : Circus Theme

Preschool : Circus Theme
Fritz is currently 38 months

We had Circus theme this week. And he played along with these activities.

Tracing the lines. Now he's already wants to grasp the marker correctly.
Do another tracing lines. Now it's time for the acrobatic doing their job.
Sequencing the picture. He did it very good!
Do the Circus Puzzle.
 
 Sorting the pictures between the people and Animals&Food. He asked Popcorn many times. :P
 

Playing with colors. He had to match the ball's colors. He likes this activities.
Matching the letter of popcorn. And again, he asked about the popcorn again. X_X
Matching the clowns with their shadows
Count the clowns and match with the numbers.
Ticketing numbers. He learnt the numbers from 1-20
 
Miscellaneous
He suddenly wanted to taste the durian and he said many times that he liked it. So, we gave the durian to him and only a bit then he said, he didn't like it. At least I've got his picture tasting the durian. LOL

Fun
He played with Eta, his lovely Aunty. Both of them were busy making pictures in the whiteboard. Fritz did great in writing some letters I mentioned. He loves to draw faces recently.

Cupcakes Orders

Cupcakes Orders

Basically, I love to make something challenging and it's very new for me. I love cupcakes and the decoration on its top. It's challenging me to make it as I was so curious on it. My first project was on Fritz's birthday. I made 12 Cars Cupcake. I designed and decorated all the cupcakes by myself.

Then, one day my best friend, Emil, asked me whether I could make cupcakes for her school project class. She's one of Primary school teacher in HighScope, Kelapa Gading. She has a project with her pupils to sell cupcakes. 

To be honest, I didn't ready yet to have my cupcakes out of public. It's really just for my home project and I didn't want to sell it. However, I took that challenge for me, how dare I "throw" my cupcakes out of my security lines. 

I made 10 decorations for her; Hello Kitty, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Angry Birds (Red, Black, Blue, Yellow, Green and Pig) and Ball Designs. All in 2D versions. 

After waiting for few weeks approval from her (she's still confused whether she wanted me or not to deal with her projects), finally she announced that she wanted me to make the cupcakes. 

She did the [pre]order with the consumers, then she gave me the lists. Can you guess how many cupcakes should I do? 74 cupcakes!!!!! Gosssshhh!!!!!

I tied my head on Monday to begin the project. 2 days in a row I deal with the cakes and the decoration. I'd faced up and down feeling bout the cakes. Some cakes didn't success and some decorations were bad as I'm not a professional on it. 

Finally I made it!! I learnt and I did it on cupcakes. The projects are done and some of my friends were amazed with me. Thanks God for your kindness!! I learnt how to deal with the cupcakes and have some friends supporting me behind.

Preschool : Letter C

Preschool : Letter C
Fritz is currently 37 months 3 weeks

This week we learned Letter C. Fritz is still enthusiast learning letter. And we didn't do much except having fun on Thursday as we had public holiday and on Sunday. I didn't take any photos of his activities the rest of the week.

Day 1

This week we started by introducing him letter C.
Then, the objects of letter C that he mostly knows best. Good, son!
Tracing nowadays became unpopular again as he didn't do very nice and I sometimes complained on it. Then, he refused to continue it again.
 
Searching upper and lower case of letter C in Alphabet Parade worksheet.
We continued by doing the puzzle.
Sequencing the caterpillar. He's getting good on it.
Day 2
For the second day, we just do the tracing and ended by he didn't want to continue the activity. 

Day 3
 
Showing him some objects related to the letter C and he could mention it mostly. Yay!!

And the last one was doing finger painting on caterpillar.

 Fun
Finally Fritz wanted to go inside the pool again!! yaaaayyyyy!!
It's really a big moment for us that he's eager to go back to pool. He even insisted to go quickly there. 
So after we wrapped the goodie bags for Sunday, we hurried to Tante Merry's Apartment. Then, Fritz really couldn't wait to go to the pool. 
When we arrived, he couldn't wait again to go inside his wheel float. Few minutes after that, he asked me to go out. LOL!! 
  Playing with Cher 

I took almost half an hour to put him inside the pool; adult and children pool. Though he refused to go inside again after that, probably because of his sleepiness, I still forced him to swim together with him. 
I totally proud of him against his fear in swimming today!!!

Fritz was learning how to share and care with others unlucky kids with Mama's community. However, he's not really like the place as he's felt tired already. So he became so cranky and he got his nose bleeding because of the hot air. He said he wanted to go to the mall which placed next to this place many times. Then, we granted and he went with Papa.
He's busy playing with Michelle, the other child who joined with it. Both were busy each other. The most of all, we're so happy seeing Fritz could socialize with everyone. That's what I need. :)

Preschool : Bee and Bugs Theme

Preschool : Bee and Bugs Theme
Fritz is currently 37 months 2 weeks

This week we combined two themes together related to letter B theme.

He knows about bee when he'd ever been stung by it one time when he's in the bathroom. He remembered it very much. LOL. So I think, it's great if we had Bee Theme this week, related to the Letter B we've learnt.
 
We started our first lesson by putting some parts of the bee. Look at the picture he touched his forehead. It's the part where the bee had stung him. LOL.  
 
He loves this kind of activities. He had to match the upper with lower case. And he's superb!! He made it all by himself.....
Next, he found the odd one from the picture.
 
And the last one was tracing the lines. He chose yellow for all the activities that day as the bee is yellow he said.  

We did another B theme this week and we chose Bugs Theme.
Day 1

We started by showing the letter B for Bugs.

 
Then coloring the Caterpillar based on numbers. Yaaayy! He made it nice, huh?! LOL

Reading Bee books. He loves it as he loves book so much!!

Practical Life

He's getting great in scissoring though he still asked me to hold the paper for him. Overall, he's great to cut based on the lines.

Technology 

This week, he knew that his uncle has his own tablet and he always played with it almost everyday. Basically, he loves the tablet so much and he always says "Ipad" for every single tablet though his uncle doesn't have Ipad. LOL

He took his opportunity on it as Uncle allowed him to play with. His first game was Angry Bird as he knew it that I love to play with it. Then, I searched so many educative games on it. He's getting more excited to play along.

Miscellaneous

He did some silly thing when he waited for his lunch in Solaria. We ordered a glass of hot tea and a glass of cold tea. Then, after a couple minutes, he combined the two glasses. Here's his silly thing!! OMG!!!! Clever idea...

Preschool : Letter B

Fritz is currently 37 months 1 week

This week, we started with letter B. There's not much we did this week but we really had fun.

Letter B
Day 1


We started the letter B's week by showing him the letter and the objects related. Mostly, he knew the objects and could mention those.

Then, we continued by tracing the letter itself. He could make it nice.


It's a new big hit for Fritz. It called as Alphabet Parade. Fritz loves this activity. He learns how to find the upper and lower case of certain letter. So far, he did it with my less guidance. Great!!

Day 2

Sorting the butterfly. He still didn't want to apply the glue by himself. Fiuuuuh...so far he did it well.

Day 3

Sequencing the patterns. He still learns more about it.

I love this activity and Fritz too. Though he found a little bit difficulty, he's trying to accomplish it. Good boy!

Practical Life

He's getting used to pee on the toilet by himself. Suddenly, he went there alone, took off his pants and peed. Then, he went up and flushed the water. Yeaaaayyy!! My boy is getting bigger now!!

Miscellaneous


His eagerness in reading books is very big. We usually have time to read book together. It comes every night before he goes to sleep. He always asks me to read him a book. Sometimes, he has his own time to read the book by himself. Though he still couldn't read yet, he loves to see the picture itself.

As we seldom goes out, books are the best media for Fritz to know everything outside. He knows many things that he's never seen all from the books. So every time we goes to the mall, I'm trying at least to buy him a book. 

How big is his love in Mickey's Magazine (Playhouse Disney to Disney Junior). He insisted me to do with all the activities inside. As he's now 3 years, he could do with the activities (that he waited for long time since he had it LOL). 
And here he did. He did the first one, then you can guess the next. He asked me more and more until I said, "we're done, Fritz!!" :D
This magazine is very recommended for every kids. It really contains lots of great activities inside. And absolutely, Fritz is very excited making it.
 
Fun

I really missed to ask him going to the mall. With less cash we have, it's very hard to have a little fun. 
That afternoon, bravely, I asked to MOI. Though we're just done nothing, at least I was trying to make him happy. He looked so happy playing in MOI land. Actually, we had the card but I forgot to bring it, so he just pretended playing with the toys there.
