We had a little project. This is one of them, making traffic signs. I've found those pictures via Google then I printed out. After that, I asked Fritz to paste on a carton. Then, I cut again the traffic signs. In the end, I put sticks behind the pictures and put on Styrofoam that I've cut into pieces. Tadaaaa....our first project this week. 


The next day, we wanted to make a road. I used a white manila carton. Then I made the road pattern before we painted. Firstly, Fritz was so eagerly painting it. Few minutes after that, he said he's tired already. Ugh! >,< So I had to finish it by myself. Look so pretty, huh?! :D

Miscellaneous

Here's the rules:
- Wash hand before eat
- Sit on the chair
- Eat on the table
- Eat by yourself, noone helps feeding you
- Can't walk away before you finish
- Eat till all the food is over
- Put the dish on the sink by yourself after you've done

I'm really strict with this rules and thankfully he does it every time we have meal. I'm still learning to ask Fritz praying before eating as I'm not doing the same thing *praying*. Sometimes, he prays but mostly he doesn't. 


Fritz wrote his name and his friend's name by himself for his friend's birthday present. I had to help him to spell the letter of his friend's name before he wrote it. 


His favorite spot for reading his magazines. He could spend more than half an hour sitting on that place. :D

Fritz was celebrating Rafael's 4th Birthday Party at Bakmi Gajah Mada, MKG. Here's the story...


He loves watching Barongsai show. He even never feels any afraid with it's loud sound during the show. He could sit or stand from the beginning till the end of its performance. 

This time, we watched it from the 2nd floor of Mall Kelapa Gading after attending Rafael's birthday party.

Raphael's 4th Birthday Party

Raphael's 4th Birthday Party
Rafael had invited us to come to his 4th birthday party at Bakmi Gajah Mada, MKG this weekend. Of course, Fritz couldn't wait to come to see his best friend. Like usual, I wrapped the present and Fritz who's the one wrote the name in the card. This time, we also gave a present for Lona as her belated presents.

I just thought it's just like an usual birthday we attended. He sat in the kids chair in front for a while then when the party was beginning, he decided to join with me in our chair to have his meal. So I just let him sitting there alone without any friends while Rafael was welcoming his school friends. To be honest, I felt so pity on him for his loneliness. 

It's partying time! The MC was starting the party and greeting all the children. Then she asked Rafael to mention one by one his friends. I really remembered when Rafael mentioned "Fritz" very loudly as his friends when she pointed at Fritz but after that he couldn't mention the rest of his friends. LOL *proudly*



It's a bit of shocking when I realized Fritz wasn't joined with me in our table. He joined with the party! He even tried to be a part of it. He raised his hand and shouted a loud when MC asked who wanted a present and joined the games. 

He was singing happy birthday with mic though he looked shy in front of another friends.

Rendra and Sutta Wedding Day

Rendra and Sutta Wedding Day

We attended one of Ali's best friends from his high school, Rendra. They are still keeping in touch in their smartphone's groupies with the other friends that they called their gangs "Boegis". His wedding was in Central Park Mall. 

A little accident happened when I was just walking through the parking lots. I had to change my high heels into my not-nice-looking purple Crocs that I always use it everywhere, my the only one shoes I have. :P My high heels that I have it since my wedding day which is it's already more than 5 years was broken in one of the connects. :'(

So I tried not to stand near the crowd before the party was begun. Thankfully, there's a table to feed Fritz. During the party, I and Fritz was sitting nicely eating our food while Ali was busy looking for food for us. :D

Dinner at Angke Restaurant

Dinner at Angke Restaurant
Ali's Aunty was coming back to Jakarta again this week. She's coming with her husband that we called Ichong. Then, she asked us to have dinner at Angke Restaurant, MOI, Kelapa Gading. She's already reserved the VIP place for all of us.

We sat with Ii and Ichong together with my MIL, BIL, Apho and 2 members that I didn't know who they are. Ali said that she's his aunty and her daughter from Petojo. :D  Fritz was so hungry, so when the appetizer arrived he grabbed it very fast. Few minutes after that, he said he's done and joined again with Justin.

There's a karaoke set inside the room so both of this kids were busy with the mic. The room was so noisy with their voices. And in the end after we're done with our eating time, it's time for singing together. I bravely took a part to sing together using mic. Ugh, don't ask about my voice...very bad!! LOL

Preschool : Flood Week

Fritz is currently 45 months 3 weeks

This week, we had flood around Jakarta. It's really a massive flood! We couldn't do much as we're also kept on our eye if suddenly the flood came to our neighborhood.

Fritz always likes to do this simple addition. He really loves to count with these colorful sticks. He didn't need any help from me anymore while doing it. He did all of these by himself. He even asked me to give him more worksheets. Good job, boy!

Fun

Om Vigi came again to our apartment. He came as he's in Jakarta for some must things he did *as he said*. Though he just came for few hours, it's really fun having him in our small apartment. Fritz was happy too seeing him. :D

Massive Flood around Jakarta

Massive Flood around Jakarta
Jakarta had a massive flood this year!

It's early in the morning that Ali had woken me up. He said that some parts in Jakarta was having flood and he was confusing to find the way to reach his passengers' offices. I said to him to see the TV and read Twitter to get the information. We're also tidying up our some stuffs in case suddenly we're going to have flood too. Remembering our 5 years ago we had flood around our neighborhood.

Few minutes after that, he said he still wanted to pick them up and tried to find the way. I told him to not going as Jakarta was having flood. I was afraid if he couldn't get back home soon when I needed him.
Time was moving so slowly when I turned on TV and watched that Bunderan HI was already surrounding by water.


It's really shocked to know it and Jakarta was in Alert 1. Some news from here: The Jakarta Globe, Huffington Post, and Jakarta OkeZone.

Ali was stuck! He was moving around but still he couldn't get out from Taman Palem and Citra. So finally he decided to drive them home and put his car on his uncle's house. Then he borrowed his uncle's bike riding home to Kosambi.

He looked so funny when he reached home. He's wearing a helmet for motorcycle. Some of kids (Junior high students) were joking him while he's riding. LOL.

So for 4 days we're stuck at home. Thankfully, we didn't have any flood around our neighborhood. However it's so unlucky we didn't have any water supply for 2 days. :(

Craft

We made a giant solar system in a piece of brown carton. I've got the material from one of my best and she kindly shared with me. She had it from Learning Page. It's very great material I've had ever. Thanks, Isma....^_^

I asked Fritz to paste and color the planets and all the stuffs. First, he's so enthusiast to apply the glue then he found out it's a bit boring and he asked me to apply it for him. Luckily, he's eager to color it. 

Wow! It's so cool!! I put it on our room. However, it's not lasting. It's so heavy and always fell down all the time. I decided to just wrapped it out. 

Learning Toys

One day in the afternoon, while I didn't have any class that day, we played Angry Birds. He asked me to make the tower for him and he released the birds. I really loved his style. He could estimated his shooting and hit the pigs. Great! :D
