Happy Birthday

Here's my birthday boy!

More story here...

Bahasa Indonesia

This dictation has to be in our curriculum for next 2nd Kindergarten year. He's quite good in doing the dictation in Bahasa though I had to remind her about the letters he wrote. Sometimes he wrote with capital letters in the middle of the words or even he forgot how to write the letters. So far he's good enough to know exactly the letters.

Fun
It's gonna be his amazing birthday present ever. LOL

A day before he had his birthday, I asked him to go to Kidzania.

Here are what we do!
Pretending as a fire fighter.

Trying to go to the bank by himself. Now he has his own ATM. :D

Working as a window cleaner

Enjoying time in the library and having 20 Kidzos here. Hoorayy!! ^_^

Working as a labor in Shoes Factory. Playing soccer too!!

Becoming a painter

Riding a car and trying to fill the gas by himself

Making a Driving Licence and Becoming a pilot

..and ended up by making nugget

A year ago we still had Popo beside us. In the same place and week we went to Lee Family House. She came in the wheel chair to pray for his beloved husband in heaven. She talked for long time through the board she held at that time. Nobody knew what she talked to him. I guess she said she was so happy that all of her children came to see their Papa in heaven.

Today, a year after that, we came again to this house to pray for her husband and her, Kungkung and Popo. I believed you're so happy now in heaven together with all our ancestors. Can you see all of us gathered there to see you, Popo? I missed you so much. I missed your laugh badly. I missed everything in you though you're not a part of me but I'm now a part of you.

We had a big family dinner together in Tradizionale Seafood at Muara Karang as Iie came from Hongkong to meet us. It's once in a year.

Happy 5th Birthday, Boy

Happy 5th Birthday, Boy
Happy 5th birthday, my boy!

This year he asked Ben 10 for his cake. Honestly, I've never made any fondant figurine. I learnt for weeks making Ben 10's figurine from YouTube and Pinterest.

Finally, after more than 5 hours dealing with fondant, here's the cake and the decoration. I hope he liked it though Ben was looking plumper than usual. LOL

My prayer for you, may He always give you healthiness and happiness. Growing as a smart and always nice to each other. Loving God and us dearly. God bless you always, boy! We love you so much from the moon and back.

Birthday Present: Going to Kidzania

Birthday Present: Going to Kidzania
For this birthday, I wanted to give him a party at my parents' house at first. Then for some reasons, we decided to cancel it. I had another plan to make his birthday more special than last year. I gave him earlier present, going to Kidzania.

Thankfully, we went there by motorcycle. We faced a heavy traffic jam along Sudirman street. Though we're going an hour earlier before Kidzania was opened, we're still late. The motor's machine was off in the end of bad traffic. We walked for few meters to Pacific Place, leaving Ali left behind for handling his motor.

Note for me! We could buy the ticket online so we didn't need to queue for the tickets. Really take time! Then, we couldn't bring any food inside. Remember it very well! They took my breakfast and lunch and put it in the customer service area.

We came inside the city. He looked so excited and confused which he had to go first. There's really lots of kids from more than 3 schools. It became so crowded!

We went to the bank first to save the money and get the ATM card. How happy he was having his own ATM card! ^_^

Then, Fire fighter was our first place to play. He asked me to accompany him as it's his first time. He looked so uncomfy with the situation. He took time for a while to adjust with his new environment. He insisted me to walk with him while the car was going around the city. He had to look my face around him. LOL.

Next, he asked to be a window cleaner. I was afraid he's gonna refuse when he saw he had to go up to clean the window. Fact, he was so excited joining with others. Yeay...he's getting adjust slowly.

We went up to the second floor and went to the library. Here the kids could get 20 Kidzos for simple and easy task. The place is also very comfortable. They designed just like a living room. What a big comfy place to sit!

Fourth place to go was Shoes Factory. The most he loved was playing the soccer with friends from a group of school. He could join and have fun with them as a team.

I was so hungry and I decided to have lunch first before we had some fun again. We had fast food from a restaurant which I forgot what the name was for our lunch. I also forgot to capture our {expensive} small lunch.

After lunch, he wanted to be a painter. Another job he loved!
Next, he wanted to ride a car. He needed to have a driving licence, so we went to hospital. He did the process by his own. He was really enjoying himself now at this city. Done with the driving licence, he drove the car. Actually he wanted to work in the gas station, but he was too small and they needed a rider as there's 4 kids working there. Maybe next time you have a chance, boy!

Become a pilot! He asked me to. We had to wait for 25 minutes before he went inside. The most popular place for the kids. I even didn't know what he did inside. I just watched him from a big screen TV downstairs. Of course he was so happy. ^_^

We just had an hour left. The next destination was Tea Factory. I thought they were going to give a tea for these kids but they didn't.

The last station was making nugget before finally Ali called me to go out from Kidzania.

We met lots of people. I talked with some of them while waiting the kids inside. Fritz also learnt how to adjust with his new friends and environment, making friends and dealing with each others. There's always lesson we learnt from every situation. Don't ask how happy he was. One day we must go back there again, boy! I hope it's gonna be a memorable present for you, yeah.

Practical Life

I bought this chopstick a year ago in Korean shop but he just used it once. Suddenly, he asked this chopstick again to be used for eating his noodle. He's better now using it than last year. :D

Physic

This morning, we had a morning cycling. We changed our route and I brought him to this play ground near my primary school. I think this play ground was really designed for sunbathing for children. So they were exercising their gross motor as well sunbathing while playing in these bars. How happy he was when he knew there's lots of monkey bars to play. Though the slide wasn't properly anymore, he's quite fun with the bars. We played for {maybe} 15-20 minutes there before I asked for having noodle for breakfast near this play ground. Next time we should go here again, boy!

Fun

One of my besties's gank, Emil, had celebrated her son 1st birthday at Bakmi Gajah Mada, Sarinah. I love the place as it has own big place for party. It's very recommended for having children birthday party.

Too bad, I didn't like the MC. He asked me and Papa to go forward and we had to do something in front. Whoaaah.....silly us! LOL

This Sunday Mama met a friend from Malang. She stayed at her parents' house in Rawamangun. Her name is Kristien. The house itself is quite shaddy filled with lots of trees and plants. I love this kind of house. Then Fritz found his treasure place to play. There's a playground in front of her parents' house and Fritz was totally excited playing there. There is a high slide and swing and also few children around 10 years playing soccer. Fritz seemed to join with them but he's too small to play with. So he just tried to involve by helping them took the outside ball. What a handy boy! Mama and Tante Kristien were busy chatting each other. What a nice Sunday!! ^_^

Ash Wednesday

Going to church for Ash Wednesday Mass, joined with St.Leo school. My silly boy! ^_^

Bahasa Indonesia

I asked him to do dictation for Bahasa Indonesia. Actually, the idea was coming out very sudden. With a calendar paper, he had 2 syllablles words dictation. He's quite okay though he still needed help a bit. Good job, boy!

Cooking

I made dumplings for our lunch that day and he said he wanted to help me. Just making one dumpling and he said no more. *sigh*

Practical Life

His decay teeth pushed him to brush his teeth recently. Few days ago, he had a toothache and I insisted to bring him to dentist, my cousin that he called Om Tito. He had to fix 2 teeth of him and he felt, of course, uncomfortably with that situation. So, since that day, he wanted to brush his teeth daily. Good reason to be healthier, boy! *eyesrolling*

After making dumpling, he had nothing to do then he went out bringing a cloth. He cleaned up my motorbike with that cloth. OMG. I was so speechless between happy {having such hard working boy} and mad {using that cloth for my dirty motorbike}. My big boy!!

Miscellaneous

This boy was really craving for pizza. He really really loves pizza so much!

Here's my handsome boys will be in the future and one of them is my sleepy boy with unusual style. LOL Two of them are Maverick and Seiya. Maverick is a Medanese boy who is very smart in academics as well as in social knowledge. Seiya is a Japanese boy who has father from Indonesia. Both are idols for girls in their school. WOW! ^_^

Honestly, I've never showed him I pray before eating in public places and I'm a bit shy to show it off. He did it! How shame of me as a mom who doesn't any brave to pray. Thanks for showing your braveness, boy!

Every Saturday, we have to order Lo Cu Pan for his breakfast before I go for teaching my private class. I don't know why he loves this food so much. Lo Cu Pan is a another kind of kway teow or shahe fen and its made from rice too.

Fun
This Saturday, we had fun in Timezone, Mall Alam Sutera. Of course, he was so excited.

This was his first time playing fishing. Firstly, he couldn't get any fish. I needed to help him to fish it. He just got 10 minutes to learn how to fishing and he enjoyed it so much. However, we were little bit disappointed when we knew that the price was only a black pen. LOL

After last time playing this with me, he always refused to play it again. Suddenly, he wanted to play again with Papa. Though he showed stressful face, he's quite enjoyed it. LOL

Another birthday party for this March, Gaby's 1st birthday {Rafael's sister}. It held at Kelapa Gading Sports Club. What a great party!!

Firstly, he didn't want to join the games as we came a bit late. Then, after we had lunch, he wanted to join the chair games. Badly, he lost the game in the first row. He didn't get any chair. He gave the chair to the girl. LOL

It's when the silly MC asked the children to dance Gangnam Style mixed with Dangdut songs. What a fun!

After the party, Papa's friends and the wives decided to have fun together after long time we didn't have this moment. We decided to gather at Starbucks. Fritz as usual just played with Lona, his besty and the only friend he has at that time. :D Look how lovely these kids playing together while moms and dads were busy chatting.
