Join with Secret Group
Jempol [or Thumb in English] is my new place to 'hang out' with some creative mommies who has lots of things to share with from smart to clueless things. I really love these kind people, smart mommies who have lots of many talents and always share many great information as well as throw jokes. :D

I really enjoy myself to stay in this group. Every time I log in myself, I've lots of notification from it and I really don't mind., though sometimes I lost many topics when I go inside. Then, I just wonder, do they have their time to do chores, cook or take a bath???

This group is very active and they never have less topics to be discussed. And mostly they are homeschooling mothers. They decide to educate their kids by themselves and they really have wide visions about it. They are really loyal mommies, they always share many information without being thinking it's a loss for them.

They really loves cooking. They share many recipes and as long as it's easy for me, I would love to make it. So far, I've made some recipes from them. And I really enjoy to be a home mom. Now, I really wanna stay at home taking care of Fritz. He also wants me to stay at home. {however, it's very impossible for us now}

I adore some mommies there before I knew this group and sometimes I dream to be their friends one day. For some reasons, I was shy to make a friend with them as I know they always have smart talks and solid with one another. I thought I couldn't ever join with their talks. To be honest, I'm not as smart as them. They are really gorgeous moms ever and I really adore them so much!!

It's a beginning for me to learn to be a smart mom....yay!!!

Preschool : Letter E

Preschool : Letter E
Fritz is currently 39 months

We had the letter E this week and we run very slow with letters.

Alphabet Parade
It's his favorite activity! He loves to find the way for Mr Elephant to its peanut.

Tracing big E

Tracing letter E

Tracing lines
He matched the marker with the elephants, using blue marker!

Tracing shape
He learns how to trace nicely around the dots. Sometimes he made it not really nice and I asked him to do it in proper way. He's a little bit grumpy but he still did it. ;P
Tracing E again

He learnt about the preposition from a simple book he read (taken from RRSP 1+1+1)

It's my most favorite activity for this week. He could do the coloring all by himself. He saw the numbers and found the colors though his coloring wasn't nice. ;p

Counting the peanuts
It's the first time for Fritz, addition activity. He still didn't get the point of this activity. He's still not ready yet for it.

Letter E and objects

Elephant Puzzle

Cutting with scissors
He's ready with the real scissors and great with it.^_*

Bottle Caps
It's really a great activity for Preschoolers to learn words. However, Fritz was boring when he had to do the lower case letter as it's too long word for him.

Fine Motor Skills
This boy loves maze so much!!
One day he asked me to do the maze in his Cars' book and there's lots of maze activity. He's so excited doing it. Though he still needs my help to give the direction, he has big enthusiasm in doing the maze.

Cooking

Yay!! We had cooking time again...

This time we made Choco Balls as it's very easy to make. No need any baking or steaming.

Preparation:
- a pack of Marie biscuit
- 2 sachet of chocolate condense milk
- sprinkles
- sieve
- pestle and mortar

To Do:
1. Crush the biscuit.
2. Pour the condense milk
3. Make balls
4. Dip in sprinkles
5. Then, eat it or put it first in fridge before you eat.

Practical Life
One night, he asked me to use scissors I'm still using it for cutting his paper activities. I said it's very sharp but he still insisted to use it. I think it's the right time to give him the real scissors. Though I'm a little bit afraid that he could cut his fingers suddenly, I believe he could manage his little fingers to cut the paper carefully. And it was!! He's succeed using the real scissors. Good job, boy!!!

Fun

On Friday, we accompanied Papa selling his krupuk and otak-otak to his friend's office in Permata Bank Tower. As it's located in Sudirman St and still morning, we have to go with him to avoid the 3in1 time (3 people in 1 car).

While Papa was busy with his things to be sold, we had to spend our time in Wendy's for 1,5 hours. It's a long spending time without any children area to play (it's a district area and it's office too!!!). We've just in and out from Wendy's with my less of money in pocket. Fiuuuhhh......

Fun week with Doctor and Dog theme together. Fritz enjoyed playing with these theme this week. And having lots of fun time as we're now in apartment for a full month. Yeaaaahhh!!!!

Matching the shadow. He tried to put the bandage on his arm. He said that he was ever worn it before.

Making Nurse and Doctor puzzle. Puzzle is his favorite things.

Tracing the first letter of vocabulary words. Yeaaahh...he did it well

He tried to put thermometer on his armpit. Before, he always refused to do it while he'd got fever.

Tracing letter D for Doctor. Getting good with it.

Tracing M for medicine and circling letter M in the bottle of medicine.

Tracing letter N for Nurse.
Tracing lines. The new things for him was tracing for up to down.

The vocabulary lists of Doctor theme.

He has to cross the letter B actually, however, he preferred to make a circle instead cross. He's a little bit confusing between letter d and b. (common in kids)

Having fun recognizing the collar's colors of the dogs.

The print out was not really nice, so he just made 3 numbers of 5 as the picture wasn't clear enough.

Sequencing is still great! He still learns to do this.

Sorting the dog's size. Wohooooo....he loves it
Practical Life
Fritz helped Mama in the kitchen to peel the quail eggs. What a good boy!! Few minutes after that, I saw that my eggs were 4 from 8. Where's it missing?? Of course inside his tummy already!! Paid by the eggs.....-__-"

Gross
During this week, almost every day he asks me to go to the apartment's playground. He's enjoying his time playing there with some new friends that he meets almost everyday.
I saw a big boy now that is able to mingle with some new friends and maintain good relationship with them; with younger or even the elders.

Miscellaneous
Here's the gift from Lona. He wanted to drink all the time with it. He really can't go away from this Cars bottle. Loves it soooo much....thank you, Lona!!!

Fun

Lona had been to Hongkong and had a gift for Fritz. So she came to our Apartment to give it after she went home from school.

Fritz was so happy seeing her and insisted to take a bath in hurry before he met Lona. It's so funny that he said, "Mama, Izzie wants to take a bath, Lona will come after this." He wanted that he looked gorgeous when Lona came. LOL.

Lona had just arrived before lunch time. I made spaghetti for us. Fritz and Lona had their portion but both were quite busy playing in our room so they didn't finish their lunch.

As there's not much we could do in our apartment, we decided to ask Lona and her mom to go to MOI. We decided to watch Madagascar at Blitz. Yippieeee..both were so happy!!

After almost a week staying in apartment, we spent this Friday in mall with Papa. Fritz asked to spent his time in Fun World as Mama had a service for the BlackBerry phones.

This weekend, we went to Opa's house to see the renovation. It's very messy everywhere. Opa and Oma were so happy seeing Fritz as both didn't see for a week. They have to get use to with it in few weeks ahead as they have a big renovation for their house. Fritz also was feeling so happy seeing them. He said that he didn't watch OSO for long time and it's right time to see it. LOL

Preschool : Cooking Week

Preschool : Cooking Week
Fritz is currently 38 months 2 weeks

This week, I was quite busy with my tutor classes as they were having final exam. For 3 days, I had a busy time. Then, I decided to have a cooking week for him, when I was done with the classes.

Cooking

I've new recipe from one of my friends in FB and she always concerns about healthy food for her son. She gave me Steam Banana Cake recipe. It's very simple and easy to be made for both of us. Look at the way Fritz mixing the ingredient together in a bowl. Very talented! LOL

Another cooking time again this week. Fritz was making Baked Doughnut. The recipe was given again by one of mom's friends in FB.
Fritz couldn't wait his time to mix the ingredients, but this time, he has to be accompany by me as it needed to more power to mix the dough. He loves this baked doughnut.

Practical Life
After few times I ask him to put on and take off his shoes by himself whenever we want to go and after we go, finally he willingly wants to do it by himself now without any grumpy face or pampering voice. Even he wants to put the shoes in the proper place. Great job, boy!

Gross
The tire was needed more air, so that afternoon we went to a bike garage near market to add a little tire with air. He tried to cycle but it's to hard as it's less of air. I've to help him by pulling the stir.
He enjoyed his afternoon by biking with Mama. Yeaaaaayyyyy!! ^^

Miscellaneous

Fritz accompanied Mama to Saloon. When we came, Tante Afung wasn't there. We've to wait for almost 1 hour till our turn. Fritz was very patient waiting for her though I asked him to go back first then we came back later when Tante had got back. He refused, he said he just wanted to stay there.
When it's time for Mama, he eagerly took some picture of us. Tante said how clever he's that he could operate the camera and took some good pictures. What a proud of Mama!!

Thanks for accompanying me, Fritz and learning how to be patient and waiting for our turns.

Fun
Time to show up his skills in Timezone, Sumarecon Mall Serpong. He went out with Opa, Oma and Uncle then met us there. He said he wanted to play in Timezone. And here were 3 top favorite toys he played:
Ping Pong Clown.
He has to pull the 6 ping pong balls inside the moving Clown's mouth. It's good for his coordination. He has to maintain his balls to be pulled to some score under the Clown's head. Actually, he didn't care enough with the score, he just tried to pull the balls as soon as possible.

Spider Web
This time he has to step on the lights on. Though he found himself confusing, I just let him trying to play by himself without any help from us.

Mini Basketball
It's kinda a surprise for us that he's getting great in playing it. He could throw the ball to the ring and made few scores.
