Farewell Indah

This week was really a heavy week for me. Starting on Wednesday, I and the whole of my family were waiting for the results of my dad's kidney. That afternoon, my mom was accompanied by my brother seeing the doctor to hear the results. Thankfully, the results was perfectly good to be heard. There's nothing to be worried anymore about my dad's kidney. However, he still needs to maintain for what he consumes daily. Of course, he has to check up his condition for next 6 months. I hope there's nothing bad news anymore *finger cross*

Then on Thursday, I had a meeting with Alpha, my 10 years work field. The owner said that she and 3 of their partnership decided to stop the operational of Alpha because of they didn't afford to rent the place anymore. I and the other 3 teachers who love this place than we thought wanted to help them. It took 4 hours meeting in the middle of the heavy rain and we couldn't get home till 8 PM. Finally we had great idea to run this place again. Hopefully we're able to be their partner in the next year. I hope so. What a great news for us!

Today, Friday, I had to meet up with my very very best friend ever, Indah, for her farewell before she and her hubby and also Calia finally went away to England to live with her hubby's family. Honestly, I was so sad when I knew it few months ago. So, I tried my best to spend a day with her today before she was really going away from Indonesia for maybe 2 years ahead.

I went to Indah's house after I delivered my mom to work. I arrived there almost at 10 AM. The way to her house was terribly sucks. Many ways were closed as the bridge was under renovation. It took more than half an hour to get to her house. It supposed to be 10 minutes to get her house from my mom's office.

She called me before that she wanted to spend today with me. She wanted to have lunch and went to the mall with us. She asked me whether I could or not. Actually I had my last classes today at Alpha and also my farewell with Maverick, my best students. Then I texted my owner to cancel my class. Thankfully she understood it.

So here we were, at Indah's house. She prepared noodles for us as breakfast. Then she had to manage some stuffs before she's going. She had to change the plan. She told me that she would go on Tuesday, 17th June to Singapore, having farewell with her grandpa and grandma before she's straightly flying to England on Wednesday, 25th June. So I was so lucky that I met her today. She didn't have any free day anymore except today. She spent it with me. I was so thankful!!

This morning was really so busy. She had to do many things before we're finally going out from her house. It's Calia with her watermelon. Look at her cute face.

I'm gonna miss this moment! Calia played with Fritz. We're gonna meet again in the next 2 or 3 years and both will gonna be older than today. Will Calia still remember this moment with Fritz? *sweet*

We had private lunch together at Telaga Sampireun Ancol. Indah treated me that she said it's gonna be her last day in Jakarta so let her treated me. OMG! I'm gonna miss her so much. I'm gonna miss her phone in the night to hear our problems, giving advice or just chit chat unnecessary things.

Though we're never going to the mall or spending days together just like best friends do, for sure, she's my person. She knows me best than everyone. Our friendship is just like Christina Yang and Meredith Grey in Grey's Anatomy, my fave drama series. LOL.

I believe that a best friend is a person who not always be next to us physically. For sure, she is always there to support and cheer me up though it's gonna be thousands kilometers far apart.

I was so thankful for what you did today, dear.

It's us. Just a simple friendship we have since our first day in college. We've never thought that we're gonna be a best friend but time unites us to be. We've never spent girls time together as best friends do but I believe that our friendship is gonna be ever lasting. God bless your days, Indah and also your family. Until we meet again in the next 2 or 3 years ahead whether I'll go to catch you or you'll be back here to Indonesia.

I love you, my dear...^_^
