on his day

Today is the day of Fritz. He's turning one. Because it's a special day, so I decided to cook something special for Fritz. I was going to cook a birthday noodle.

Ingredients:
2 packs of noodles
Shrimps
Beansprouts
2 pieces of carrots, cut it small
10 pieces of chicken balls, divide 2 each
2 eggs, mix it, added pepper and salt a
A garlic and a red onion, cut it into pieces
10 boiled small eggs

How to cook:
1. Boil the water, put a little salt and oil, then boil the noodles alltogether. Put it in a place, pour the sauce and mix it.
2. Get the frying pan, put the oil.
3. Put the red onion and garlic, then pour the eggs and scrambled it.
4. One by one, put the chicken balls, shrimps and carrots.
5. Get the noodles and put it altogether.
6. Put salt and pepper as you want
7. Then put the beansprout at last.
8. Get the small eggs and put it altogether with the noodles.
9. It's done!

Fritz was eating his first noodles and he can almost grab it clean.

In the afternoon, we waited for Daddy's home before we blew the candles. Yesterday, Dad has bought a small cake with Mickey Mouse's picture on it.

After Dad took his dinner and Oma also done it, it's time for a little celebration.

We put some things on the floor, such as toys, books, pen and hong pao. Then we asked Fritz to get it what he liked most. He chosen the book!

He crawled for 2-3 meters and he went straight to the book. It's just a little game to know what he's interested in. Because he chosen the book, means he will be a smart boy in the future who like to read and learn about everything..hopefully!

Then the simple celebration began. We put the cake on the table and Fritz has seen the picture on in. He really couldn't wait to grab the picture. We took a picture, blew the candle, cut the cake and ate it together...Fritz has tried either...yummy!!

what a simple celebration we had...
