Pre-Nursery : Letter Oo

Fritz is currently 30 months

This week we learned letter O and everything that related with O such as cooking Omelet, playing with Oatmeal, doing Oval worksheet, learning about Ox and making craft {Owl, Octopus and Ostrich}. We also made the letter O paper from Carisa blog.

ABC
Dough
We started the week by poking the dough. Fritz was trying to make his own letter O by himself but he's still not really able to do it. He just loves to poke it. ^^

Tracing
He could make the letter O by himself though he made it incorrectly. He started from the top to the left and he stopped below then he started again from top to the right to below. Hmmm.....is it creative or what?? ^^

Coloring Objects
Red is his favorite color. ^^

Now, he's getting neatly in coloring the objects. He tried his very best to make it nice. He also learned new vocab from here and eager to repeat what I was saying. There were Otter, Ostrich, Oval and Octopus.

Pasting Objects
Applying glue and pasting the things are BIG hits for him. He's getting capable in applying the glue though it's not sticking nicely as he just applied it a little only....x__x

During this activity, he also wanted to repeat the vocabularies with me.

Matching Shadow
Good job, boy. He did all by himself....again, applying glue and pasting still his BIG hit!!

Craft

He was so enthusiast making this owl. Proudly he's showing to Opa....

It's very easy to make. Just prepared a head, a nose, 2 wiggly eyes, 2 wings and 2 feet of OWL. Then paste those things as you've seen on the pic on the top of letter O {lowercase}

As we're lack of the wiggly eyes, Fritz didn't wanna to continue in making the Ostrich. He just wanted to paste while I was the one who applied the glue for him. It's just only because of lacking the eye!! Huuuu......


It's totally me making this Octopus craft. ^^

Shape
Another O again....it's for Oval..

He tried to make it by himself when I gave it to him. But, he just made it the two first and not in the mood for the rest......he chosed to color rather than to trace the oval....^^

Science
He learned all about OX...

First, I showed how to write ox and he tried to make the letter by his own....O and X....and it looked nice. He could make the letter O nicely and X not really too nice. ^^

Then, I explained how Ox always help Mr Farmer in the field. Btw, he ever saw these ox in our surrounding with Papa every afternoon while Mom was in work place. However, he couldn't see them anymore as the land is built to be a fresh market.

Cooking
He's Opa's lover....what Opa does, he always follows.

In the morning, Opa ate an sunny side up egg with rice for breakfast. Fritz saw him and insisted to eat the same one like Opa.....

It's a great idea to introduce him about Omelet. I cracked the egg and asked Fritz to mix it up. With a little sugar and salt, he mixed the egg. Then, I added a little fresh milk and cheddar cheese inside.

And.....taddddaaaaaaa......Fritz loved my Omelet......^^

Workbook
He's not in the mood while making this Math workbook. He asked me to hold his hand while tracing the numbers.....^^

Gross Motor : Sand and Kenzo
As we stayed in Apartment, it's very nice to walk in the afternoon to see some friends and play in the sandpit.

That afternoon, Fritz asked me to play in the sand pit and insisted to still use his shoes. Oh noo!!

I asked him to find some pebbles there and he found lots.

After that, we went to the small fountain near our tower. There's Kenzo, a boy that we had known from last week. Fritz tried to make a friend with him and played together. Coz it's getting dark, we had to say goodbye in the lift as he's also living in the same tower as we do.

Nice day in the apartment!! ^^

Practical Life

Fritz was enjoying to pour and transfer these OATMEAL....

He played with it for almost half an hour by himself. I just prepared for him and he took his time playing it alone. He played it very nice without any messy around.....


Wow.....I'm so surprised knowing that he's able using the scissors now. He asked me the Octopus's hand while we made the craft. Then, he asked me to get his scissors and he cut here and there by his own. He asked me again and again the origami paper to be cut. He enjoyed his time playing with the scissors for almost half an hour.....

Learning Toys
He grabbed this small mat and took off the parts. I thought he just wanted to mess it up and didn't wanna to clean up. Suddenly, he put the letter again in it's parts nicely without I realized it.

His recognizing in alphabet is improving a lot!!!

Miscellaneous
While I was busy explaining him about Ox, he was too busy matching his crayons' color with his cars. X_X

"Red, Mama....like Cars...it's the same, Mama"

"...and it's brown....same like Matter, Mama...."

yaaa....ya....yaaaaaa..........*sigh*

Fun

He insisted to go to the mall that afternoon before we went to Opa's house. He has his leisure time in Timezone, the popular place for kids. I didn't filled the cards for him as he always gets easily bored to play in one toy there. He wanted to explore all the toys. So it's wise if I didn't fill the card for him as he's already enjoyed his time playing from one toy to another toys.....

*Living World, Alam Sutera*

In Saturday, after Mom"s done with the private classes, we went to Living World {twice for Pop and Fritz when both were waiting for Mom before}. We went there for a reason. Pop wanted to buy a smart phone for him. He needs it so badly as it's gonna easier for him to trade with his customers.

As Pop really needed Oma's help, so he asked Oma to come to LW. The smart phone needed Oma's cc if we wanted to buy that phone as Pop didn't have that cc for one of the bank. We can buy it and pay it for 12 months with 0% each months payment. Nice buying, isn't it?? ^^

So, Oma came with Opa and Uncle. They came so lately as they got a heavy bad traffic jam near their surroundings.

We had a dinner together when we met each other. We had our dinner at Ichiban Sushi as it's the cheaper one in that mall. It's our first dinner as a big family after a little problem for so long.

However, Pop wasn't unlucky that day. He had to postpone for a while as the credit card's got some problems. He looked so sad :(

We went home to our lovely Apart around 11 PM. It's really a tired day!!

Another have fun weekend.

We started our day by giving a private class to one's of Pop's friend's cousin, named Brandon. We went there at 9 AM and I was done around 11 PM.

After that, we were starving already. Pop had already reserved a place to eat our lunch, Poke Sushi Crown Hotel. It's a really terrific idea of Pop. He paid his promise to me.....^^

Pop and Mom were so enjoying the time munching and gobbling sushi and sashimi just the two of us. Where's Fritz?? ^^

Fritz was busy playing with other girls. Both of the girls were so happy too playing with Fritz. Then, after he got tired, he fell asleep. Mom put him on the high chair he asked for before. Thankfully, the high chair could be down a little and Fritz was sleeping tightly inside it!.

We fulled with sushi and sashimi.....then, we paid and went away.

As we wanted to go to the church at 4.30 and we're done at Poke Sushi almost 3 o'clock, we decided to drop the "krupuk" in Ma'ocho's house near Kemayoran.

Fritz was a little bit shy when he saw Mom's aunties. Few minutes later, he's already get use to and could play with them....

Then the last one was going to the church. Fritz was getting cranky in chucrch as he's got sleepy already.
